This day I will comment about my future as a midwife. My future plans are to work first in the metropolitan region to acquire the knowledge and experimentation needed to be a good professional, then go to work in La Serena because beyond this all my family and I would like to return to live with them and they can see me practicing my profession in an integrated manner.
Midwives work in shifts 12 hours a day.I like to have a schedule of eight hours because I want time to enjoy my friends, besides the work is fun but very tiring.I want to work Monday to Friday and in a normal job.
First I would like to work in the public area, to acquire more knowledge about the national situation, helping people with less education and economic resources to have a healthy lifestyle. After that, I would like to work in my region, in conjunction with a medical team, conducting health projects for the community, focusing mainly on women.In later years, I would like to join a medical team in the private sector, applying all the techniques you learned earlier. I like to work in the area public and private simultaneously although it is very tiring, I would have a lot of work!I think that will solve this issue at this time.
I want to specialize in public health, because so I can have more contact with the community, noting their concerns and addressing your health problem , this has a bigger impact in the population. I want to participate in epidemiological and demographic research related to health.
After acquiring all this experience working with the community in the public system and participating in health research for women,after acquiring all this experience working with the community in the public system and participating in health research for women, I'd like to occupy high posts, being director of a clinic in La Serena and forming part the College of Midwives of Chile.
Maybe are very ambitious but I think you can accomplish what you intend.

My favorite subject

My favorite subject is obstetrics physiological because this subjet is closely related to my career, as many issues dealing with women's development, pregnancy and newborn. This course can apply various techniques that allow us to be a good professional in the future, ensuring the health of the woman and her child. Some especific itemes include nutrition during pregnancy, physiological changes of the mother in the three trimesters of pregnancy, and changes in the fetus.

The most complicated aspects of the subject is as easy as scientists and are the psichological aspects in the development of women.

My teachers are the members of the college of nursing at the University of Chile including the Patricia Elgueta, Paola Gaete, Loreto Pantoja, etc.

My grades or marks are good generally, I do not feature but I maintain a good level.
